Invitation to Parent & Carer Focus Group
At Calderglen, we are committed to building a school community where everyone - pupils, staff, and families - feels safe, respected, and included.
As a follow up to Calderglen’s Big Conversation, where we recently gathered valuable feedback from parents and carers through our survey, we would now like to invite you to take part in a Parent & Carer Focus Group to continue the conversation and explore your views in more depth.
We want to better understand the experiences of our school community in areas such as:
- Wellbeing and mental health
- Bullying and fairness
- Feeling safe in school
- Equality, respect, and inclusion
- Awareness and understanding of individual rights
Together, we want to make sure our families feel supported, informed, and valued as partners in our school community.
We’re offering three focus group sessions, and you are welcome to attend whichever time suits you best:
- Friday 14th November - 9:30am–10:30am
- Friday 14th November - 11:30am–12:30pm
- Thursday 20th November - 5:00pm–6:00pm (after school session)
